Villa kavourakia is a petite residence, located on a petite hill in the kolios locality on skiathos island and surrounded by lush nature, offering cosy and quiet studios and apartments overlooking the aegean sea on one side and a fabulous olive and pine tree forest on the other side. The villa kavourakia is almost set in the middle of the road that connects skiathos town to koukounaries beach, only 200 meters from kolios bay and the maximum gorgeous beaches of the island, reachable by bus line 13. Guests can choose to relax in the lush garden or on the gorgeous panoramic terrace that offers enchanting sea views. The villa kavourakia residence welcomes pets in all studios and apartments. An internet reason is also available for guests.

This petite property with wonderful views is located 5 km from skiathos town centre and 300 metres from the gorgeous beach of kolios bay. Comprised of 8 studios for 2 folk and 3 apartments for 4 folk, each accommodation offers the listed facilities, as well as excellent sea views. Near the villa, you will find various taverns, restaurants, beach bars, tennis courts, local bus services and supermarkets. You can also use the swimming pool of the nearby agalos house. The kolios locality is located at the middle of the south-side of skiathos island. 100 metres from our building, there is the number 13 bus station for exploring our beaches, maximum of which are in the south.
