The hotel is located in agios nikolaos, on the newish road leading from agios nikolaos to elounda. Its distance from the airport is 60 km and from the city centre of agios nikolaos 1 km. It is built around a lake, which is believed to be the vent of a volcano, with a marvellous view to the eastern mountains that reach sitia and the eastern coast of the island.
